Maggie Grace (born Margaret Grace Denig September 21 1983) is an American actress who is best recognized for her performances as Shannon Rutherford on the ABC television show Lost and Kim Mills in the Taken trilogy. Maggie Grace was born in Worthington in Ohio. She was kicked out of school after her parents divorced to go in Los Angeles to live with her mother. They were struggling to get by and was offered her first part in the acting world in the film Rachel's Room's main character. Her portrayal of Martha Moxley, a 15-year-old victim of murder in the T.V. movie Murder in Greenwich in 2002 earned her a nomination for a Young Artist Award. Grace Rutherford, a character in Lost from 2004 to 2005 was selected for an Screen Actors Guild Award. After leaving the show, Grace would like to be more prominently in film having played opposite Tom Welling in The Fog in 2005.
