Ana Gonzales bio

Ana Gonzalez de Jorgenson comes from a family with a strong musical background. Her early years were shaped by Boleros, classical music and the traditional romantic, ranchero and romance ballads. Ana is a fan of tangos and operas as well as other dramatic shows. When she was a child, her mother would sing with her, she started more serious training in vocals at age 16 under the tutelage of the renowned Mexican Tenor FlavioBecerra. The School of Music of Guadalajara University and the School of Sacred Music of Toluca in Mexico kept her in the music field. In Guadalajara along with Mexico City, she was a member of many chamber and opera choirs. After moving from Mexico to America in 2000, she performed with the Fort Lauderdale Symphony Chorus. She sings with Ensemble XXI Redlands, and performs Latin American traditional music solo at many private events. She is passionate about the performing arts, music, as well as the arts keeps her engaged in local projects in both her capacity as an artist and teacher. Ana was also a former member of Community Chorus of Redlands as in addition to The Inland Master Chorale and Performance Loft. Ana thank the Inland Master Chorale for their permission to play the traditional Latin American song.
